The YoGanesh Mission:
To create a compassionate and loving environment for the practice of various traditions of Yoga, and to achieve optimal wellness, healthy body, mind, and spirit. We also believe that global peace is attained through enlightenment, conscious living and awareness of our environment and of all human beings.
Ganesh is known in Hinduism as the Elephant Headed God who provides inspiration and determination to remove the obstacles from your life, be they physical, financial, social, emotional, mental, or spiritual.
To honor this spirit at YoGanesh, we provide classes:
1. For various levels (beginners to advanced)
2. Various styles (Hatha, Vinyasa, Power Vinyasa, Zentle Yoga Stretch, Dharma and Jivamukti style Flows, plus Tai Chi-Qi Gong.

Our concept is to have no gimmicks, great teachers and keep the prices affordable. YoGanesh is a serene, cozy studio in the heart of Chelsea. Our goal is to put a smile on your face, love in your heart and a new spring in your step!
Community: Through community events such as potluck dinners, Kirtans (spiritual sanskrit sing a-longs), guest lecturers and workshops, we hope that you meet like-minded people, make friends, learn more about yourself, your body, and feel like you have found a blissful sanctuary from your busy life.
